Morgan Stanley plans capped leveraged notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, April 27 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% capped leveraged notes due in 18 to 21 months linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,143.70 to $1,168.90 per $1,000 principal amount. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
The Cusip number is 61768CHN0.
