New Issue: TD Bank sells $728,000 buffered accelerator notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., April 26 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $728,000 of 0% buffered accelerator notes due April 26, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 135.1% of any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
