Morgan Stanley plans market-linked notes due 2023 tied to S&P 500

Chicago, April 26 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% market-linked notes due Nov. 3, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of 59.2%.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will price on April 28.

The Cusip number is 61766V867.
