Credit Suisse to price digital buffered notes linked to S&P 500 index

Tacoma, Wash., April 24 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 16- to 18-month 0% digital buffered notes linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is at least 90% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount, which is expected to be $1,081.90 to $1,096.30 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.

The exact maturity date and maximum settlement amount will be set at pricing.
