New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.98 million 4.25% yield notes linked to three indexes

Knoxville, Tenn., April 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.98 million of 4.25% yield notes due Feb. 15, 2018 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable quarterly.
If each index finishes at or above its initial level and never closes below its trigger level, 65% of its initial level, during the life of the notes, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least-performing index from its initial level.
The notes are callable at par on any quarterly call notice date.
