New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $4.12 million buffered PLUS tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., April 12 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.12 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 5, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 112% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 20%.
