New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $4.5 million buffered digital notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., April 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.5 million of 0% buffered digital notes due July 9, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index return is at least negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,077.50 per $1,000 principal amount.

If the index return is less than negative 10%, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
