Barclays updates issue amount of Accelerated Return Notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., April 5 – Barclays Bank plc priced $104.84 million of 0% Accelerated Return Notes due May 25, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an amended 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of 10.05%. Investors will be exposed to any index decline.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
