New Issue: JPMorgan sells $12.7 million review notes on Russell 2000 and S&P 500

Knoxville, Tenn., March 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $12.7 million of 0% review notes due March 29, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be called at par plus an annualized call premium of 10% if each index closes above its initial level on March 30, 2018, March 25, 2019, March 24, 2020 or March 24, 2021.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10% if each index finishes at or above 70% of its initial level. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index from its initial level.
