Barclays plans two-year buffered SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, March 21 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due April 4, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum return of 18.85%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% that the index may decline beyond 15%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on March 31 and settle on April 5.
The Cusip number is 06741VPK2.
