Morgan Stanley plans buffered PLUS with no cap linked to S&P 500

Chicago, March 15 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 5, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 112% of any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on March 31 and settle on April 5.
The Cusip number is 61766V685.
