New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $4.14 million enhanced return notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., March 8 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $4.14 million of enhanced return securities with capped upside and 1-to-1 downside exposure due Sept. 7, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum payment of par plus 16.56%. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.

The agent is Wells Fargo Securities, LLC.
