JPMorgan plans to price 7.5-year capped CDs linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., March 7 – JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% capped certificates of deposit due Sept. 30, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum return of at least 50%.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Incapital LLC is distributor.

The CDs are expected to price March 28.

The Cusip number is 48126XC29.
