New Issue: RBC prices $5.4 million barrier booster notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., March 6 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $5.4 million of 0% barrier booster notes due March 1, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains by more than 47%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return.
If the index gains by up to 47%, the payout will be par plus 47%.
If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses.
