New Issue: JPMorgan prices $65,000 buffered return enhanced notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, Feb. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $65,000 of uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Feb. 28, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.1 times any gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
