Credit Suisse plans to price PLUS due 2018 linked to S&P 500 index

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 10 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 5, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple the index return, subject to a maximum payment of $11.32 per PLUS.

Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent, with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.

The notes will price on Feb. 15 and settle on Feb. 21.

The Cusip number is 22549A307.
