New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $213,000 autocallables linked to S&P 500, Russell

Chicago, Feb. 2 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $213,000 of 0% autocallable securities due Jan. 31, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a premium of 9.5% annualized if each index closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual review date.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent maximum return of 19%.

If either index falls but neither index ever closes below its 70% knock-in level during the life of the notes, the payout will be par plus the contingent minimum return of 10%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.
