New Issue: JPMorgan prices $25.57 million autocallable yield notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $25.57 million of 5.25% autocallable yield notes due Dec. 29, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest will be payable semiannually.

The notes will be called at par if the index closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual review date beginning Dec. 24, 2018.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below its trigger level, 68.75% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed the decline of the index.
