New Issue: TD Bank prices $30.74 million barrier accelerator notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 27 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $30.74 million of barrier accelerator notes due Dec. 29, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 148% of the index return. If the index return is between zero and negative 30%, inclusive, the payout will be par. If the index falls by more than 30%, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline.
