Citigroup plans market-linked notes due 2024 tied to S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% market-linked notes due Jan. 2, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum of 51% to 56%.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as agent.

The notes will price on Dec. 27.

The Cusip number is 17324CDA1.
