By Marisa Wong

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities due January 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.

If the index closes at or above its initial level on any observation date, the notes will be called at par of $10 plus an annualized call premium of 7% to 11%. The call dates are six, nine and 12 months after pricing, and the actual call premium will be set at pricing.

If the notes are not called, investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.

The notes will price and settle in December.
