JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes tied to S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due March 19, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum return of at least 13%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 5% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 5%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Dec. 14 and settle on Dec. 19.
The Cusip number is 46646QEL5.
