New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $8.05 million notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 5 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $8.05 million of 0% market-linked notes due June 5, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par and a maximum payout of 172% of par.
