New Issue: JPMorgan prices $18.87 million capped enhanced participation notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $18.87 million of 0% capped enhanced participation notes due May 25, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,177.90 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. If the index return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.
