BNP Paribas plans to price leveraged notes linked to S&P 500 index

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 15 – BNP Paribas plans to price 0% leveraged notes due Nov. 29, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a term sheet.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the barrier level, 50% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 100% of the index return, subject to a minimum payout of par. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

If the final index level is less than the barrier level, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp. is the agent.

The notes will price Nov. 22.

The Cusip number is 05579TSC1.
