New Issue: JPMorgan prices $557,000 contingent buffered notes linked to Russell 2000, S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., June 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $557,000 of 0% uncapped contingent buffered equity notes due Nov. 16, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final level of each index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the lesser-performing index’s return and 42%.

If the final level of one index is greater than or equal to its initial level and the final level of the other index is less than its initial level by up to 50% or the final level of each index is less than its initial level by up to 50%, the payout will be par.

If the final level of either index is less than its initial level by more than 50%, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing index.
