JPMorgan to price buffered return enhanced notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 27, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 1.18 times the index return. The exact upside leverage factor will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index may decline beyond 15%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price Nov. 22.
The Cusip number is 46646E3W0.
