Chicago, Oct. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.66 million of uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 times any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
