JPMorgan plans capped enhanced participation notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Oct. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due Oct. 5, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of between $1,252.60 and $1,297.00 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 26 and settle on Nov. 2.

The Cusip number is 46646E2A9.
