New Issue: Citigroup prices $40.76 million buffered digital notes linked to S&P 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $40.76 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Oct. 4, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index return is at least negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,101.50 per $1,000 of notes.
If the index return is less than negative 15%, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
