Credit Suisse to price leveraged buffered notes linked to the S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 15 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 21- to 24-month 0% leveraged buffered notes linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The exact maturity will be set at pricing.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 140% of any index gain, up to maximum settlement amount of $1,224.98 to $1,264.60 per $1,000 of notes. The maximum payout will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.142857143% for every 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
