Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 6 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $5.49 million of 0% market-linked notes due March 5, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $15.70 per note.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
