Morgan Stanley plans market-linked notes due 2024 tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% market-linked notes due March 5, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $15.70 per note.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Aug. 31 and settle on Sept. 6.

The Cusip number is 61766B820.
