New Issue: Citigroup prices $7.33 million index-linked notes with cap on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 4 – Citigroup Inc. priced $7.33 million of 0% notes due Feb. 7, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus three times any index gain, up to a maximum return of 18.3%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
