New Issue: TD Bank prices $500,000 two-year buffered accelerator notes tied to S&P

Chicago, July 11 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $500,000 of capped buffered accelerator notes due July 9, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum redemption amount of $1,122.52 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to the 15% buffer and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

TD Securities (USA) LLC and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. are the agents.
