New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $5.56 million digital securities linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., June 3 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $5.56 million of 0% digital securities with buffered downside due April 6, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is at least negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11%. If the index declines by more than 10%, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline in the index beyond 10%.
