New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $7.89 million capped leveraged notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, March 23 – Morgan Stanley priced $7.89 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due March 22, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 500% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,227.50 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes. Investors will be exposed to any index decline.
