New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $26.03 million trigger autocallables on S&P 500, Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., March 21 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $26.03 million of 0% trigger autocallable optimization securities due March 22, 2019 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

After one year, the notes will be called at par of $10 plus a call return of 6.65% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual observation date.

If the notes are not called and each index finishes at or above the trigger level, 50% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index.
