Morgan Stanley will price return enhanced notes tied to S&P 500 index

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 24 – Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due March 15, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus triple the index return, subject to a maximum return of 16.35%. Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 61761J2A6) will price Feb. 26 and settle March 2.
