New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.73 million jump notes linked to S&P 500

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 19 – Morgan Stanley priced $1.73 million of 0% jump securities due Feb. 15, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par the upside payment of 21.75%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
