New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $5 million market-linked notes on S&P 500, EM fund

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 17 – Morgan Stanley priced $5 million of 0% market-linked notes due Feb. 16, 2022 linked to a basket comprised of the S&P 500 index with a 70% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund with a 30% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 72% of any basket gain, up to a cap of $20 per note.

If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
