JPMorgan plans two-year annual review notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Jan. 13 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% review notes due Jan. 18, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of at least 12.2% if the index closes at or above its initial level on either annual review date. The exact call premium will be set at pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below its 90% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 15 and settle on Jan. 21.

The Cusip number is 48128GKB5.
