New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.03 million uncapped buffered return enhanced notes linked to S&P 500
New York, Dec. 7 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1,026,000 of uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 29, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index closes at or above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.075 times any gain.
If the index declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.
