Credit Suisse to price digital buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 30 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 23- to 26-month 0% digital buffered notes linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be a fixed amount between $1,103 and $1,121 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. The exact amount will be set at pricing. If the index return is less than negative 15%, investors will lose 1.17647% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price Dec. 2.

The Cusip number is 22546VQT6.
