New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $4.35 million enhanced return notes tied to S&P 500

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 13 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $4.35 million of 0% enhanced return securities due May 15, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any index gain up to a maximum return of $1,190.40 for each $1,000 principal amount.
