New Issue: JPMorgan prices $5.65 million PLUS due 2016 linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Sept. 23 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $5.65 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 21, 2016 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 14.5%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
