JPMorgan plans capped return enhanced notes linked to S&P 500

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 22 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped return enhanced notes due Oct. 13, 2016 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any gain in the index, with a maximum return of at least 17%. The exact cap level will be set at pricing.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Sept. 25 and settle on Sept. 30.
The Cusip number is 48125U5L2.
