New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.61 million PLUS linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 4 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $6.61 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 3, 2016 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 12%. Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
