Bank of Montreal plans bullish enhanced return notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, July 27 – Bank of Montreal plans to price 0% bullish enhanced return notes due Nov. 7, 2016 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of 14.25%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the agent.
The notes will price on July 31 and settle on Aug. 5.
The Cusip number is 06366RV28.
