New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $4.99 million buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500

Madison, Wis., July 27 – Morgan Stanley priced $4.99 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 28, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 150% of any gain in the index. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
